Client Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a matchmaking package from Marriage Agora("the Service"), you ("the Client") expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by this Client Service Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Marriage Agora.

2. Description of Services: Marriage Agora provides a premium matchmaking consultancy, specializing in facilitating introductions between clients in North America, Europe and Southeast Asia. The Service includes consultations, partner filtering, and curated introductions based on Client-provided preferences. Marriage Agora does not guarantee marriage or a specific number of successful matches.

3. Client Eligibility: The Client warrants that they are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and are seeking a relationship for sincere and lawful purposes. The Client agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information throughout the process.

4. Packages and Services: The Client agrees to purchase one of the following packages:

• Basic Package ($200 USD): Includes one (1) curated partner profile and the release of one (1) contact profile. Does not include revisions or 24/7 support.

• Regular Package ($500 USD): Includes three (3) curated partner profiles, two (2) revision rounds, and the release of two (2) contact profiles. Includes 24/7 priority support.

• Premium Package ($900 USD): Includes six (6) curated partner profiles, five (5) revision rounds, and the release of four (4) contact profiles. Includes 24/7 priority support.

5. Fees and Payment Terms: All fees are due in full upon enrollment. Payment shall be made exclusively via PayPal. The Client acknowledges and agrees that all fees are non-refundable once the Service has been initiated, except where required by applicable law.

6. Process and Client Consent: Marriage Agora will never disclose the Client's personal contact information without prior explicit consent. The process is as follows:

• Marriage Agora will share a potential match's profile with the Client for review.

• Upon Client approval, an introduction will be facilitated.

• Contact information will only be exchanged after both parties have expressed mutual interest and provided direct consent.

7. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marriage Agora, its directors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, the actions of other clients, or the failure to achieve a successful match.

8. Confidentiality: Marriage Agora shall maintain the strict confidentiality of all Client information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

9. Termination: Marriage Agora reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and refuse service to any Client for material breach of these terms, including fraudulent, abusive, or disrespectful conduct, without refund.

10. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your state in your country, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement: This document represents the final and entire agreement between the Client and Marriage Agora and supersedes all prior discussions and agreements.

By purchasing a package, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this Client Service Agreement.
